Sisto!!! Unbelievable! But, yeah, Undeniable! Painful, but yeah, Grateful!
I am so grateful that our paths crossed – we met as John Maxwell Certified Leadership Team members years back, then become Fellow WIMBIZ Life Members and thereafter we became “Sisters of Life for Life”! We fondly called each other SISTO MI!!! Then gave a “High 5”, and then a Hug! That kind of friendship that didn’t see much of each other even when we chatted, but picked up from wherever we left off like there was no pause! Being friends with you was easy – that kind of friendship that was neither stressful, nor draining! THANK YOU for making it easy to be friends with you!
THANK YOU for your Leadership across various sectors. You lived and breathed Leadership! Your several Masterminds and Lunch & Learns on John Maxwell’s “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership” and “Developing the Leader Within You”! Indeed, you were an “Irrefutable Indefatigable Leader Developer”! You didn’t just set out to be a leader. You set out to make a difference. And, that, you did very well. Because, it was never about the role, for you. It was always about the goal!
THANK YOU for Kindness & Generosity! You had a heart so large. Your referrals and recommendations to organisations for Training & Speaking Engagements. Your several collaborations to speak at your events! Your event at Sheraton Hotel was my first gig after retirement. Only secure Leaders share there platforms with others. It was never about you! It was always about the goal – Good Leadership. Good Governance.
THANK YOU for your Passion, especially with improving the Education Sector! You sure climbed that mountain of influence successfully and gracefully! Your Pain, from the challenges you observed in that sector, drove your Passion to fulfil Purpose! CPE!!! T.O.S.S.E.!!! Edumark!!! Kai!
Sisto!!! You were larger than life, and I dare say, you are larger than death, and in death – your impact is loud and speaks volumes!! I remember the children that performed at your 61st Birthday Gratitude Festival! It was so clear you were their “mother” and the rush to hug you after their performance was so touching. I am still searching for that video!!! Nothing/Noone was too big or too small for you to honour! You even showed up at my daughter’s company launch several years ago! How does one human touch so many lives in different areas, sectors and generations!
You loved to dance, oh, even though!!! The Energy Bunny! Your 61st birthday which you tagged “The Gratitude Festival”, was the last time I saw you, though we chatted a bit afterwards, and you were ever so bubbly! Little did I know! I am not sure if you knew! All I know is that God knew, and God knows! I believe you publicly gave God His Flowers on that day, and in turn, He raised you to Eternal Life on Resurrection Sunday!
I treasure all our pictures and videos from waaaay back, NOW, more than ever before! I am so grateful that we shared some fond memories together.
Sisto! You ran your race with so much grace, and you aced it! Short in our eyes, but in God’s eyes, I believe it’s “Well done, thou good and faithful servant”!
THANK YOU, for WHO you were and WHOSE you were! You did LIVE a Legacy, and, you did LEAVE a Legacy!!! In fact, YOU ARE THE LEGACY! A Reformer. A High Performer. A Transformer. A Great Collaborator. An Educator par Excellence. A Force! An Icon!
